CCHA: Federal Funding / HUD NOFA

The Chittenden County Homeless Alliance (CCHA / Chittenden CoC) is the entity that applies for federal funding to address homelessness within Chittenden County, Vermont.  Any awarded funds are distributed between various local groups, as determined by an application and ranking process.

Each year when the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) publishes their Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), the CCHA joins over 400 other Continuums of Care (CoC) around the United States in competing for federal funds.
