Chittenden County Homeless Alliance (CCHA / Chittenden CoC)

On July 14, 2017, as part of the annual Continuum of Care Program Competition, HUD released the Notice of Funding Availability for FFY2017 funds.  You can read the complete HUD Notice of Funding Availability here, and the detailed instructions here.

The CCHA will be applying for over $1 million in funding for Chittenden County. The CCHA Steering Committee is the primary decision-making body for the CCHA, and the City of Burlington’s Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) acts as the “Collaborative Applicant” (submitting the Consolidated Application, the CoC Planning application, and a priority Listing of all projects ranked in the Chittenden CoC on behalf of the CCHA).

How to Apply through CCHA:
Any eligible entity wishing to submit a request to fund a NEW and/or RENEWAL and/or Permanent Housing Bonus CoC Project (serving Chittenden County) during this year’s HUD CoC NOFA must complete the attached Letter of Intent form and submit it electronically to the City of Burlington’s Community & Economic Development Office ( before 9:00 AM on Friday, August 11, 2017.   Only one request per form.
