The Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness seeks to ensure that people living in Vermont have a safe, stable, affordable home, and — if homelessness does occur — it is brief, rare, and non-recurring and those experiencing homelessness are treated with dignity and respect.

2025 Point-in-Time Count

Vermont’s Annual Point-in-Time Count of sheltered and unsheltered people experiencing homelessness will take place on January 22, 2025.

This page will be updated throughout November, December, & January.

VT Unsheltered and Non-HMIS Programs PIT & HIC Training

Monday January 13, 2024 1 – 3 pm

If you are planning on participating in conducting the VT Unsheltered Count and / or have a Non-HMIS Participating Program, then this training is for you! 

The training will review the unsheltered data collection process, the google forms, and allow for questions.
