Coordinated Entry Assessment Update & Youth Coordinated Entry Policies & Procedures
Additions to Complex Service Needs to be more inclusive in capturing the needs of youth and young adult households.
Other changes to the assessment:

- Client Contact Info Option added
- Client Certification Option added
- Other language clarifications in Assessment Questions related to homelessness, past evictions, and experience of non-intimate partner violence
- New CE Data Standards – new “pick lists” for prior housing situation
- CE Policies and Procedures that address the above, and prioritization for transitional housing.
- Youth Action Board looked at the new questions to make sure that youth are involved in the planning process. They felt excited about the IEP/504 plan and that these questions could help open access to youth and are youth centric.
