Vermont Council on Homelessness
The Vermont Council on Homelessness, comprised of 22 members appointed by the Governor, develops, monitors and periodically revises Vermont’s Plan to End Homelessness. The Council makes resource, policy and regulatory recommendations to the Governor and Administration in an effort to reduce and end homelessness.

Vermont Roadmap to End Homelessness
Released in December 2016, the Vermont Roadmap to End Homelessness assesses Vermont’s homelessness system, estimates cost savings if homelessness is reduced and recommends how to best implement system changes to meet the goal of ending homelessness in the next five years. The Vermont Legislature included $40,000 for the homeless study and report in FY17 appropriations, and additional funding was provided by the Sustainable Fund from the Vermont Community Foundation, the Neighborworks Alliance of Vermont, the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, and the Vermont Housing Finance Agency.
