The Vermont State Housing Authority is pleased to introduce Rick Castillo as our new hire for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Support Specialist position. Rick most recently worked as a case manager at CVOEO’s Chittenden Community Action in Burlington. Beginning on June 11th he can be reached at 802-828-5525 or rick@vsha.org.
The Specialist position is a partnership with the VT Coalition to End Homelessness to fulfill the primary CoC planning activities of technical assistance and coordination with the VCEH Board, 11 local CoCs and committees (PIT, NOFA, Strategic Planning, etc.).
