The Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness seeks to ensure that people living in Vermont have a safe, stable, affordable home, and — if homelessness does occur — it is brief, rare, and non-recurring and those experiencing homelessness are treated with dignity and respect.

Vermont 2-1-1 partners with the Economic Service Division (ESD) to provide after business hours emergency housing assistance. ESD calls are routed to Vermont 2-1-1 from 4:30pm to 7:45am daily and on weekends & holidays to provide 24/7 access to the existing emergency housing services.
