COVID19 Supplemental HOP Application Phase 2

June 15, 2020 by Sarah Phillips

Dear Colleagues –
In anticipation of additional funding, DCF OEO has issued a Notice and Application for COVID 19 Phase 2 Supplemental Housing Opportunity Grant Program.  The Phase 2 round of supplemental funding is focused exclusively on meeting the immediate need for expanded essential services and housing navigation services in order to rapidly exit and re-house families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness and currently in motels due to the COVID-19 public health crisis.

  • New applicants for COVID-19 Supplemental Housing Opportunity Grant Program funds are encouraged to respond to this Notice.  Attached and linked here: COVID-19 Phase 2 Supplemental Housing Opportunity Grant Program
  • Recipients of COVID 19 Phase 1 Supplemental Housing Opportunity funding interested in additional funding through Phase 2 should follow the renewal process.  An award summary of Phase 1 (March 15 – June 30, 2020) is posted online: HOP COVID 19 Supplemental – Phase 1 – Awards Summary (SFY 2020).

All questions should be directed to Lily Sojourner, (802) 585-4365 or lily.sojourner@vermont.gov.

Best,
Sarah
