Homeless shelter/service providers and PreK to 12 school partners are often serving the same kids and families who are homeless or experiencing housing crisis. The two systems have many overlapping goals when working with homeless students and their families. Learn more about the resources available in Vermont and hear from peers about their strong collaborative partnerships in Franklin and Caledonia Counties.

Domestic Violence Training
This training was created by the Department of Health’s Office of Local Health in partnership with the Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and the AHS Domestic Violence Steering Committee. The purpose is to give all AHS community partners a baseline understanding of domestic violence. It is designed to develop skills and knowledge that will optimize interactions with the individuals and families who receive services from community partners.
