Below you will find additional materials in preparation for the submission of the FY17 Continuum of Care Programs application for homeless assistance. The materials below pertain the Vermont Balance of State Continuum of Care (VT BoS CoC). As a reminder, the VT BoS CoC comprises all 13 counties outside of Chittenden County.

  • Community Application Template
  • Timeline for the Consolidated Application: As a reminder, the CoC Consolidated Application is made up of the CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing, with all of the CoC’s project applications either approved and ranked, or rejected.
  • Project Funding Options Summary: This summary includes information on the reallocation of existing projects, current projects, and potential new projects funded through reallocations and a Permanent Housing Bonus.

As part of the timeline for the Consolidated Application, all VCEH members are invited to review a draft of the application on Tuesday, August 29 from 1-3PM.  Please RSVP to Daniel Blankenship if you would like to be part of this call. More information on the call will follow, closer to the date. Thank you!
