Greetings from ICA [new HMIS Administrator] & ServicePoint-HMIS User Needs Survey

June 2, 2015 by Vermont Coalition To End Homelessness

As you have likely heard by now, the Institute for Community Alliances (please call us ICA) begins as the new HMIS Lead Agency for BoS Vermont on Monday. Until we are able to get a physical staff presence in the state we will be handling site duties from Wisconsin. I will be the primary contact for most of you, but a lot of the initial training and assistance will be aided by my Director of Training, Jennifer Allen. Jennifer’s home office is in Green Bay. The rest of my staff in Wisconsin will also be able to assist with any issues you may be experiencing. The Wisconsin ICA staff have more than 60 years of HMIS experience, so we have a wealth of knowledge at your disposal.

The only email address you need to remember to access assistance is vthmis@icalliances.org.

To further our knowledge of each of your respective agencies and the services you provide, we would like for you to complete the following survey: http://goo.gl/forms/RtZLKYFD75

In addition to the survey we are looking forward to having phone conversations with as many agencies as possible over the summer months to learn more about what you do and what you need from HMIS and begin identifying training and technical assistance priorities. Daniel has provided me with a few email addresses of folks to start with conversations, but if you would like to be a part of the first conversations please feel free to drop me an email.

We look forward to working with each of you.
