Below you will find the preliminary drafts of the VCEH CE Materials. As a reminder, the Release of Information and VCEH Coordinated Entry Partnership agreement have already been approved.
The CE Committee is seeking feedback on the following through Tuesday, November 21. Please provide comments and feedback to Sarah Phillips, Laurel Chen or your VCEH Board Representative.

- VCEH CE Housing Assessment – Prelim Draft 10.20.17
- VCEH Housing Crisis Referral Form – Prelim Draft
Now through November: Local CoCs and other stakeholder review and provide feedback on materials.
November VCEH Meeting: The CE Committee will solicit and compile feedback on the materials.
December VCEH Meeting: Final materials will be presented, incorporating comments and feedback from all parties.
January VCEH Meeting: Vote on materials.
COORDINATED ENTRY POLICIES & PROCEDURES WEBINAR:
Join us for a webinar on Nov 06, 2017 from 9:00- 11:00 AM. During this webinar, members of the VCEH Coordinated Entry Committee will present the preliminary draft of VCEH Coordinated Entry Policies and Procedures, including the Housing Assessment and Referral Form. There will be time for Q&A and attendees will be asked to provide feedback during the webinar or by email during the month of November. Feedback will inform a final draft to be voted on by the VCEH Board in January.
