Earlier this week at VCEH’s monthly meeting the draft of the memorandum of agreement between the Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness, the Agency of Human Services, and the Vermont State Housing Authority was discussed.
The only change to the original draft was approved by AHS (Angus Chaney) for inclusion under AHS duties “h” on page 5: “..ensure the HMIS is administered in compliance with requirements perscribed by HUD and other relevant federal law, including the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) 2013.”
By the next VCEH meeting, taking place on Tuesday, November 19 at the Vermont Tech Enterprise Center in Randolph, eligible voters of the coalition will vote on approving the agreement.
The draft of the agreement can be read online here.
Update: Minutes from the October meeting are now online.
