Comment Period Now Open for VCH’s Draft of Annual Report and Action Plan

Vermont’s plan to Prevent and End Homelessness was developed by the Vermont Council on Homelessness in 2012 and endorsed by Governor Peter Shumlin in January of 2013.  The full document, covering calendar years 2013 through 2017, can be read here. Pathways VT Gets Conditional Designated Agency Status
