FY23 CoC Consolidated Application Published Narratives and Project Listing

The VT-500 – Vermont Balance of State Continuum of Care (VT BoS CoC) CoC Consolidated Application is published below. These documents include the CoC Application and the Project Priority Listing (project list and ranking) for HUD’s FY23 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Funding. These documents have been approved by the Vermont Balance of State Continuum of Care Board.

Public Meeting Regarding HUD Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity

Friday August 4th at 10 AM via Zoom

All are welcome to join VCEH for a meeting to introduce the 2023 HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity. 

Scoring Tool for 2023 HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) NOFO Applications Approved by VT-500 Balance of State Board

Wednesday August 2, 2023

The scoring tool was approved on Friday July 28th at a Special Meeting of the BoS CoC Board.

Timeline and Request for Proposals for 2023 HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) NOFO Available

Monday July 17, 2023

The 2023 Request for Proposals for the CoC NOFO is now available. Please see the RFP for details on when your application will be due.

CoC Project applications are due to VCEH by 4 PM on Tuesday August 15, 2023

2023 HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity Available

The US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) has posted the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Continuum of Care Competition.

VCEH HUD CoC Competition Grant Application (NOFO) Training

Tuesday, June 13 at 12 PM

Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness (VCEH) held a training to discuss the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition Grant Application (AKA the NOFO) Annual New Project Process. The training provided an overview of the HUD CoC Competition, the structure of the CoC in Vermont, and what’s required of recipients.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has not yet released the 2023 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), but we know it’s coming soon! This training will provide an overview of the Continuum of Care Competition and the project application process.
 
Who should attend? This training is for both existing recipients and potential applicants. Please forward this notice to any organizations you know who might be interested. We invite any and all participants!

Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness VT-500 Balance of State Continuum of Care Requests for Proposals: Consulting Services for 2023 Continuum of Care Competition

VCEH seeks proposals from qualified firms to assist in the development of an application for the 2023 Continuum of Care funding competition, a grant program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. CoC grants provide funding on a competitive basis to support rental assistance and supportive services projects for the benefit of persons experiencing homelessness.
